I wonder what the founding fathers of America
would think about the Senate confirmation hearings
(a three ringed circus) for Supreme Court nominee
Samuel Alito. The stated and implied reason so
many of the senators fear the confirmation of
Alito is because he might be the swing vote needed
to reverse Roe v. Wade.
The big lie perpetuated by
abortion lovers is that a reversal of Roe v. Wade
would automatically make abortion illegal in the
United States. In reality, what would happen if
Roe v. Wade is overturned after Alito is confirmed,
is that abortion, which is not a Constitutionally
protected right, would be properly returned, according
to the Constitution, to the jurisdiction of state
legislatures.
The Constitution is very concise
and easy to read. Nowhere does it allow for judicial
mandates legalizing abortion on a federal/national
level; if you do not believe this statement, then
read the Constitution for yourself. It was a stretch
of truth and grandiose legal machinations for
Roe v. Wade to become the law of the
land.
What will happen once Roe
v. Wade is reversed is that each state legislature
will decide by legislative means, if abortion
will be legal in its defined territory. This is
the proper course of action according to state
and national constitutions.
Unfortunately, no legal solution
will be devised to punish those who illegally
instituted federally mandated abortion rights
through Roe v. Wade. Reprisals would
be necessary to send a signal that this type of
stretching of the law and truth will not be tolerated
in the future.
States under the control of
radicals: like Massachusetts and New York, will
become sacrificial altars offering abortions as
their blood sacrifices to secular humanism and
the father of the radicals: Satan. If you think
this statement is outrageous, check out pictures
of what aborted babies look like.
Vile and immoral senators like
Ted Kennedy (who should have been excommunicated
decades ago by the Catholic church) will still
get his blood sacrifices, which God will hold
him accountable for on Judgment day. What Kennedy
will mourn is that this outrage will probably
be eliminated in some states like Utah (predominantly
Mormon) and Alabama (Baptist and Evangelical)
where God is still partially revered. It is a
terrible testimony to how Catholics vote that
a predominantly Catholic state like Massachusetts
continually elects wretched political leaders
who are leading America’s moral degradation.
“Catholics” and
“Christians” in Massachusetts who
claim that they are pro-life but vote for the
abortion-loving Kennedy face eternal damnation.
These so-called Catholics and Christians in the
Bay State helped perpetuate abortion, which caused
the deaths of hundreds-of-thousands of unborn
babies, who were slaughtered in that commonwealth.
The reversal of Roe v.
Wade will probably be a boon for abortionists
in states where abortion will remain legal because
women from states where abortion is illegal will
flock these abortion states. Kennedy will undoubtedly
receive some solace over the fact that his father
will still get blood sacrifices in Massachusetts
in ever increasing numbers when Roe v. Wade is
repealed.
